Limited Lifetime Warranty
ALL PRO RODS
warrants rods to the original retail consumer against defects and workmanship for
a period of one year(free replacement). The consumer will
be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from the Dealer from which
the product was originally purchased.
Proof of purchase is mandatory in order to receive warrantee
replacement; original sales receipt/invoice from the dealer from which the products
was purchased must accompany the product in question for warrantee.
ALL PRO RODS
warrants our rods for the lifetime of the original owner against breakage (other than defects) for
any reason for a cost of $65 plus shipping.
ALL PRO RODS
reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinued to the design of any
products previously manufactured without assuming any obligation to the
consumer. Any consumer which qualifies for a replacement of said discontinued product
will only receive a new product which replaces the discontinued.
All warranty rod claims must
be accompanied by a completed Warranty Claim form and copy of original
receipt. ALL PRO RODS has the right to refuse a warrantee claim if
procedures are not met by the consumer or for any product not purchased
directly from ALL PRO RODS Authorized
Dealer. This warrantee is deemed void on
any ALL PRO RODS product which has
been modified or customized.
